Shipping Policy

Here at Edgar's we seek to offer excellent customer service and simple policies that will help you enjoy our delicious desserts even more! We are dedicated to ensuring overall customer happiness by fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. Below is some information to consider when placing your Edgar's Bakery order.

 

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery or a non-delivered package, due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Once your order is placed, if there are any subsequent changes to the recipient address because incorrect recipient information was supplied to us by the customer, there will be an additional change of delivery fee of $18.00 charged to the customer. This change of address correction may result in a delay of delivery to the package. 

 

Neither Edgar's Bakery nor our shipping provider UPS are responsible for delay in the delivery of the package due to any of the following: weather related delays, plane delays, airport closures, or incorrect information supplied to us by the customer. Notice of a non-delivered package must be made within 7 days of original delivery date.

 

Edgar's Bakery is not responsible for packages that are deemed undeliverable by UPS because UPS could not obtain a new/correct delivery address for the recipient.

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. There are additional shipping fees when sending to Alaska and Hawaii.


If you live in a UPS designated rural area, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please check with your nearest UPS shipping center for details.


Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed! If at anytime you are not happy with one of our products please return it within 2 business days for a replacement or full refund. Please be prepared to present a photo ID or the card used to purchase for any online transaction.
